Refund Policy

Innaloo Florists’ main priority is your satisfaction. If you receive products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organise an exchange for you. Give us a call straight away and we will discuss an exchange if you are returning damaged/faulty goods within 48 hours of purchase.

As the purchaser it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address please let us know as soon as you have further information, we will happily re-deliver this to the correct address in our next courier run, however there may be an additional delivery fee.

You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Although we will always take utmost care, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Innaloo Florist is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or product.

We reserve the right not to provide goods and services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content from our website or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from exercising these rights.

If you need to make changes to, or cancel an order, please contact Innaloo Florist immediately. Once we have accepted an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
